Every house is different and every home-owner has a unique requirement for their home extension. Whether you need a larger kitchen or dining room, more bedrooms or you want to reconfigure the living area of your home, our Design Service will get you the best possible house extension solution.
The Design Service is a two-stage process. The first stage involves an on-site consultation, during which our member of staff will take the relevant measurements and photograph the site, while taking into consideration everything that will impact on how the home extension will come together. Once this is complete our Design Team will compile the information and propose a solution which will include an architectural drawing, visualization and specifications for the proposed design.
The Design Service is available for a fee of €595 (inc. VAT). The fee for the Design Service will be credited back to you if you proceed with Shomera for the completion of your project.
