Shomera, spelled phonetically to include ‘home’ in the name, began in 1998. Since then we have provided additional living space for more than 1300 customers as studios, house extensions, commercial and community buildings. Shomera are the no. 1 provider of house extensions and studios. Specialising in factory built architecture we design, manufacture and install quality buildings using off-site construction methods.
Since 1998, Shomera have set the standard for the provision of additional living space. After viewing thousands of properties, we have manufactured, delivered and constructed buildings all over Ireland and the UK. Our professional staff are qualified and have years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. We continually research ways to improve our products and the manner in which we construct them.
We have a 14,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Dunshaughlin, Co Meath where all our home extensions and commercial buildings are designed, engineered and manufactured. We deliver and install all over Ireland and the UK.
Over the past eleven years, we have honed our project management skills to a very high level. We will bring all our expertise to bear on your project to ensure cost effectiveness and quality in a timely fashion. Our experienced staff will oversee the creation of your Shomera from start to finish. You will be fully aware of our progress at all times and have a schedule of works, detailing the timing of your Shomera installation. Your experience with us will be unlike any other building project you have experienced.

Creative Housing Solutions, trading as Shomera is a registered company, whose finances have been audited annually since its inception. It has held “tax clearance status” every year since then and is fully compliant on all regulatory matters.

Reputation
We work in an industry that doesn’t have a reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction. At Shomera, we have worked hard to deliver an excellent product and service. We strive to deliver on time, within budget and exceed our customers’ expectations.
At the completion of every project, we send our customers a pack that includes a manual, our warranty and a customer questionnaire on product and service performance. Hundreds of these forms have been returned and our satisfaction rating is in the 90’s. We invite you to ask us about our customer approval rating and will arrange for you to speak to someone in your area who already has a Shomera to relate their experience. In over 1300 Shomera buildings we have not failed to deliver the completed product. Admittedly, there have been bumps on the road at times, but we are committed to honouring our commitments to you the customer.
