| Ironmongery & moving parts | 3 year manufacturer's guarantee |
| The moving parts of the windows & doors are guaranteed for three years by the manufacturer. Following the installation of the Shomera, the moving parts should be regularly checked and a lubricant containing Teflon should be used as needed. For further details see the section titled “Exterior Warranty Coverage” in the Shomera Owner's Manual. |
Interior Warranty Coverage:

| The plaster board is fitted onto a 100mm wall stud before it is skimmed with 3mm of a water-based gypsum. The organic nature of the timber and the expansion & contraction of the wet plaster may result in hair-line cracks or nail pops. This is normal and not an issue. |

| Timber flooring | 1 year Shomera guarantee |
| All internal wood work and timber flooring are guaranteed for one year to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Timber is an organic product and its moisture content will fluctuate depending on its environment. Any lifting or expansion of the timber due to an increase in moisture content will not be covered under our warranty. Please see the section titled “Interior Warranty Coverage” in the Shomera Owner's Manual. |

| All wiring, fittings and switches are guaranteed free from defect and workmanship for one year. The warranty does not cover any changes or additions made to the electrical system by anyone other than Shomera personnel. |

| Plumbing fittings & appliances | 1 year manufacturer's guarantee |
| All pipe-work, materials and fittings supplied by Shomera are guaranteed free from defect and workmanship for one year. The warranty does not cover any changes or additions made to the plumbing system by anyone other than Shomera personnel. The guarantee does not cover problems arising from misuse or, specifically, foreign material (nappies, paper towels) being flushed down the toilet. |
