The project was a green field site adjacent to an existing main building facility. Shomera provide a design and build service, acting as main contractor under project architect, Glen Campbell.

During the project, as well as providing all services to each chalet (water, gas, foul, storm, electric, telephone, data, nurse alarm), Shomera also up-graded the services to the main building.
Wrapped Up In Just Ten Weeks!
The project was completed in 10 weeks from groundworks to handover. Once the project had commenced, there were no changes requested by Shomera to the Project Plan or Timeframes.
