Design Service

Consultation Process

When you contact us, ask how our Design Service can assist you. We will arrange an initial consultation to help us gain a better understanding of your requirements and discuss with you some of the important information related to carrying out a domestic building project.

Design Team

During the on-site preliminary consultation our member of staff will take the relevant measurements and photograph the site, while taking into consideration everything that will impact on how the project will come together. Only then will our team of experts compile all the information to propose a design solution which will include illustrative drawings, construction specifications and other relevant items you’ll need to consider.

The Design Service is available for a fee of €595 (inc. VAT) which is rebated to your account should you decide to contract us to carry out the extension project.
