One Team,One Process,CompleteAccountability
Built to Get It Right from the Start
The success of a project is largely determined at the design stage. When architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers and construction specialists are involved from the beginning, every part of the brief can be considered together - creating a design that works beautifully, can be delivered within budget and is realistic to build within the required timeframe.
At Shomera, all of these specialists work as one team from the earliest stages of design. This means the brief, design, cost and programme are developed together, rather than being handed from one consultant to the next. The result is a better-designed project, with greater certainty around cost, timing and delivery - and a process that is managed from beginning to end by one aligned team.

Designed AroundReal Lives
Designed for Life,Delivered with Certainty
Every project starts with a conversation about how our customers want their home and their lives to work better. Whether it’s creating a kitchen and living space where the family can spend more time together, or a Garden Studio that gives them room to work, exercise, create, relax or simply escape, we love seeing an idea become a space that makes a real difference.
And for us, one of the best parts of what we do is seeing the finished project come to life - and seeing our customers’ reaction when they walk into their new space for the first time. Because while the design, planning and construction all matter, what really matters is the life that happens there afterwards.
Great projects aren’t measured by the square metres we add. They’re measured by the difference those extra square metres make to the people who live there.
