Design
Creating a Space That Works for You
Every project begins with understanding how you want to live. We visit your home, listen to your ideas and explore what your property allows. Our design team then works with our Architects on a solution that balances aesthetics, functionality and budget. Drawings and detailed cost planning refine every aspect, so by the end of the Design Phase you know the design, the costs and what comes next.
Off-Site
Planning Everything Before We Arrive
Much of the work that makes a Shomera project successful happens here. Once your design is approved, our Project Management, Architectural and Engineering teams prepare every detail of the build before work starts on site. Surveys are completed, drawings finalised, materials selected and key decisions signed off in advance. Resolving issues early is what lets us confirm start dates with certainty.
On-Site
Efficient Delivery. Minimal Disruption.
Because so much preparation is already complete, the on-site phase is far more efficient. Your project team coordinates every trade, delivery and milestone to a planned schedule, with regular updates on progress and what comes next. From groundworks through to finishes, fittings and handover, every stage follows a defined sequence, so the build is faster and less disruptive to your home.
Aftercare
Support Beyond Completion
Our relationship with our clients doesn’t end when construction finishes. After completion we carry out a detailed review, address any snagging items and provide all relevant documentation, certifications and product information. More importantly, we’re still here if you need us. Many of our clients come to us through recommendation, so long-term relationships have always been core to how we operate.
