  • Demolished the existing lean-to extension and built a spacious side and rear extension to open up the ground floor
  • Created a dedicated utility room that improves organisation and daily flow
  • Executed a 5-metre rear wall breakout to maximise connections between indoors and the garden
  • Installed glazed internal doors to draw daylight deep into the living spaces
  • Excavated and levelled the garden where needed for a smooth floor transition
  • Upgraded the home’s performance with external insulation and matching brick slip detailing to preserve original character
  • Relocated the boiler and upgraded joinery for improved efficiency and style
  • Included thoughtful landscaping coordination to make the indoor-outdoor connection visually seamless

The Final Result
